- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Ruth and Karen both are "managers" or in charge while Joe is out of the office. They are very unprofessional and ill-informed when it comes to customer service. I am highly upset with this establishment seeing as though they are a corporate business they will not answer any questions or give any information maybe for the lack thereof but there is a more professional way to treat others.
